Is there an onboarding fee?
No. Most hotels are live in two to three days from sending their data, at no extra cost.
Can I opt out if I don’t like it?
Yes. No long-term contracts and no penalty, cancel with one month’s notice.
Is benchmarking extra?
No. Cross-hotel benchmarking is included in every subscription and activates automatically once enough hotels are on the platform. Founder Hotels are in the dataset from day one.
