What Data do you need from me?
Historic GL Transactions for 1 or 2 years, Budget, KPI data. Ongoing, Monthly GL Transactions and KPI data.
Can I opt out if I don't like it?
Yes. No long-term contracts and no penalty, cancel with one month's notice.
How long does Implementation take?
Usually about two to three days once all data is received.
Does it include reservations or any other operational data?
Not at this time.
Will your FC have to do a lot of work?
Your FC maps your GL codes to the USALI structure, four clicks per code, with the P&L building as they go. They also copy your budget into a layout we pre-populate with your own GL codes. After that, it's one upload a month.
Are you restricted to certain Accounting software packages?
No. As long as your software can produce a monthly GL Transactions file, that's all we need.
Do you follow USALI?
Yes. We build your P&L in USALI structure by default, the standard that makes hotels comparable. Your GL Codes are visible below this structure down to the transaction level.
